Portman Concierge

The ‘Concierge’ product from Portman Travel is their most exclusive invitation-only membership product available. To reflect this I was asked to create a sub-brand for the product and a bespoke gift to be given to all new members upon joining. This comprised an embossed presentation box containing a letter of invitation, two leather and laser-etched aluminium luggage tags, an aluminium membership card, individually laser-etched with the recipient’s name and membership number and an explanatory leaflet listing the benefits. Posh eh?
